How does the photo estimate work?
Email us a few photos of the damaged area: one close up, one from a few feet back, and something for scale if you can. For small repairs, you'll have your estimate back the same day. Larger jobs and commercial work get a free on-site visit instead, so we can scope the whole space properly.
What areas do you serve?
The whole Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, across Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, and Collin counties. Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Denton, McKinney, and everywhere in between. If you're near the edge of the metroplex, send your photos anyway and we'll confirm.
Is my repair too small to bother you with?
No. Patches are the core of this business; it's in the name. A single doorknob hole is a normal job for us, and the photo estimate means you're not paying anyone to drive out and look at it first.
Will the repair match my existing wall texture?
Yes. Texture matching is our specialty. We read the existing pattern, replicate it over the repair, and feather the edges so there's no visible line between new and old. Once it's painted, you shouldn't be able to point to where the damage was.
Do you paint the repair too?
If you want it, yes. We match your existing color and sheen and finish the repair completely, so you're not left with a primed white square waiting on a painter. If you'd rather have your own painter finish it, we'll leave it primed and ready.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. Precision Patch is licensed and insured for both residential and commercial work, and we're glad to provide documentation for your records.
How long have you been doing this?
Precision Patch is a new company built on old experience. Our owner has spent 31 years in construction doing exactly this work: hanging, finishing, texturing, and repairing drywall. The brand is new; the hands aren't.
Do you handle commercial jobs?
Yes. Offices, retail spaces, tenant turnovers, and property management repairs, with evening and weekend scheduling when the work can't happen during business hours. Commercial estimates are always free and on-site.
